VENDOR INFORMATION

VENDORS: Though our deadline has passed, we do still have limited space available. Please mail your application & payment today to reserve your space.

Vendor setup time will be between 7am - 8am Sunday, September 22, 2019

Due to the accessibility and safety of the participants, bikes and other vendors,

there will be NO EARLY TEAR DOWN permitted before 5pm on Sunday evening.

 

ATTENTION FOOD VENDORS! It is the responsibility of All Food Vendors to ensure they comply with the NEW City of Anacortes Food Vendor regulations.

Food vendors will be required to fill out the new application for 2019 and will be declined if they send in the old one.

This letter outlines the fire suppression guidelines that were put into place in 2015/2016, but are being enforced for the first time in 2019. Because these are fire codes, the vendor will NOT be vetted by the health dept when they get their permit. Even if they are approved by the health dept, they may be shut down by the fire dept. if they aren't compliant.

VENDOR SPACE STREET MAP

All vendors are responsible for their own utilities. 
There is NO power, water or sewer. 
Loud and obnoxious generators will not be tolerated. 
Garbage collection, street cleanup, insurance and licenses required. 
(all cords are REQUIRED to be covered with a cord mat). No pets please.

IT HAS COME TO OUR ATTENTION THAT CERTAIN VENDORS HAVE BEEN TRYING TO SET UP BEFORE 7AM. PLEASE KNOW THAT THIS IS NOT ALLOWED AND IF YOU TRY TO SET UP EARLY YOU MAY NOT BE INVITED BACK NEXT YEAR. ALL VEHICLES MUST BE OFF THE STREET BY 8AM, AS PER THE OYSTER RUN STREET FAIR PERMIT AND THE VENDOR APPLICATION YOU/YOUR COMPANY SIGNED.

VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO PACK OUT ALL TRASH, OR DISCARD IN PROVIDED OYSTER RUN DUMPSTERS AT THE ENDS OF STREETS AS PER THE OYSTER RUN VENDOR APPLICATION YOU/YOUR COMPANY SIGNED. IF YOU LEAVE TRASH BEHIND, YOU/YOUR COMPANY WILL NOT BE INVITED BACK.

All Vendors MUST submit an Insurance Binder listing the Oyster Run Committee as an additional insured, with payment in full to reserve your space. Spaces are 10' WIDE x 15' DEEP =$185.00 Rain or Shine NO Cash Refunds (however, if there is no space available, we will return your money)
